Communities: Bath, Benton, Bethlehem, Canaan, Cornish, Dorchester, Enfield, Franconia, Easton, Grafton, Hanover, Haverhill, Landaff, Lebanon, Lincoln, Littleton, Lisbon, Lyman, Lyme, Monroe, Orange, Orford, Piermont, Plainfield, Sugar Hill, Warren, Wentworth, Whitefield and Woodstock. Since 2003, GCSCC's Home Care program - operating out of the Center for Elder Services in Lebanon and Horse Meadow Senior Center in Haverhill - has offered companionship and light housekeeping through the Adult In Home Care, Elder Care or Homemaker services. Potential participants are individually evaluated for eligibility. |
