Communities: Bristol, Alexandria, Bridgewater, Hebron and Groton.Newfound Area Senior Services is housed in a cozy and friendly space in Bristol United Church of Christ, close to downtown Bristol. The congregate meal is held once a week in the church social hall, and everyone is welcome to join the group for lunch. Transportation by lift-equipped mini-bus is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Medical appointments have priority, please contact our office 24 hours in advance. A professional outreach worker is in the office Mondays through Thursdays to help participants with their individual needs. Special activities and events are held frequently, and community members can learn about them through the Newfound Area Senior Services' monthly newsletter or through the local newspaper. |

The Purpose of Grafton County Senior Citizens Council is to develop, strengthen and provide programs and services which support the health, dignity and independence of older adults and adults with disabilities living in our communities.
