Upper Valley Senior Center Jill Vahey, Director Congregate meals, Monday through Friday Grafton County Senior Citizens Council incorporated in Lebanon in 1973 and opened the Upper Valley Senior Center more than 25 years ago as the first of its eight programs. Now, the Upper Valley Senior Center has undergone a major renovation in order to serve the community better. Four times as many community members take part in programs here as they did in the 1970s, and the range of programs is far broader than it was in the early days of the center. The renovation and construction of an annex has helped the center continue to grow and meet the needs of its participants. As a full-service center, the Upper Valley Senior Center is bustling from morning to night every weekday with meal preparation, three lift-equipped buses coming and going with passengers, an active crafts room, special classes and health clinics, and daily adult day care. A monthly newsletter and daily updates in the local newspaper keep participants informed about activities and events. | Orford | Plymouth | Upper Valley | RSVP | ServiceLink | | Today's News | Services | Locations | | Contact Us | Help Us | About Us | | Links | Home | gcscc.org © 2008 All Rights Reserved.
