Communities: Lebanon, West Lebanon, Hanover, Plainfield, Enfield. Grafton County Senior Citizens Council incorporated in Lebanon in 1973 and opened the Upper Valley Senior Center as the first of its eight programs. As a full-service center, the Upper Valley Senior Center is bustling from morning to night every weekday with meal preparation, three lift-equipped buses coming and going with passengers, an active crafts room, special classes and health clinics. A monthly newsletter and daily updates in the local newspaper keep participants informed about activities and events.

Standard Services Activities, Programs and Clinics Including blood pressure, flu shots, foot care. Community Outreach Available Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Congregate Meals Monday through Friday at noon Home Delivered Meals Monday through Friday, with frozen meals available for the weekend. Transportation Monday through Friday, with three lift-equipped buses.

Additional Services Support Groups Diabetes support group, weight loss support group, tax assistance - January through mid April Craft Shop Open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
