The Grafton County Senior Citizens Council (GCSCC) is undergoing a strategic planning process to help us plan for our future. We want to ensure our offerings remain relevant and useful for the increasing number of people that depend on us. We’re asking community members to participate by taking this survey about resources for older adults throughout Grafton County.
Your feedback will help us focus our planning and ensure GCSCC is providing programs and services that are needed and wanted by older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, partner organizations, community members, and other stakeholders.
The survey is completely anonymous. Most questions are optional. The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
